With over four decades of professional experience and deep roots in the Tampa Bay community, Housh serves as the President and CEO of Northside Engineering, Inc., a respected civil engineering and land planning firm. For the past 27 years, he has led the company as Principal, delivering high-quality infrastructure solutions and guiding growth and development across Pinellas County and beyond.



A graduate of the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Housh has called Pinellas County home for over 36 years and has been a proud Madeira Beach resident for the past 12 years. In addition to his professional accomplishments, Housh is a dedicated civic leader and longtime advocate for community development. He has served on numerous boards throughout the region, including the Pinellas Park/Gateway Chamber of Commerce since 1994, where he was honored to serve three terms as Chairman of the Board.



Housh is currently an active board member for organizations such as the Florida Holocaust Museum, Juvenile Welfare Board, St. Petersburg College’s Leeper-Rattner Museum, and the USF St. Petersburg College of Business. His past board involvement includes leadership roles with the Palm Harbor Montessori Academy, Pace Center for Girls, Greater Largo Library Foundation, and the Tampa Bay Regional Planning Council, where he served via gubernatorial appointment.
