Nick moved to the Tampa Bay area in 1993 and graduated from St. Petersburg Junior College, the University of South Florida and Stetson University College of Law. He is the managing partner at the Fiorentino Firm, P.A., formerly known as Ciarciaglino, Gell & Fiorentino, P.A.

Nick has an active practice representing individuals who are injured due to the fault of another, who need a will or assistance with probate, or need help with other civil matters. Along with vigorously litigating matters through trial he is also extremely successful at resolving matters at mediation where he obtains the best outcome for his clients. Nick is an experienced trial attorney who zealously represents his client’s interests in and out of court. Nick has also completed the necessary training to become a Florida Supreme Court Qualified Arbitrator.

Nick is a Certified Florida Supreme Court Mediator in Family and Marital Law. He is also a qualified Parent Coordinator for the Sixth Circuit. Mr. Fiorentino is also an on-call attorney for the Sun Coast and Florida Police Benevolent Associations. He has represented numerous law enforcement officers in this capacity involving shootings, in custody deaths, on duty accidents, pursuits, internal affairs, arbitrations, criminal matters and civil litigation.

Nick is on the board of The Rotary Club of Seminole Lake and Hero to a Child formerly the Guardian Ad Litem Foundation serving foster children in Pasco and Pinellas.
